Cordon Bleu Baked
I find it very intriguing and festive dishes all closed packet. I seem to be many gifts that conceal a surprise! Usually I will not tell what's inside as long as ever fork and knife do not rule out the package, but today I made an exception to the rule, and here's to you gift wrap, box and surprise of my Baked cordon bleu.
Ingredients for 6 persons:
6 slices of loin
6 slices cooked ham
1 smoked cheese or other cheese stringy
80 g breadcrumbs
40 g pecorino
2 eggs
sage
parsley
a clove of garlic
salt
Process
Prepare the breading by mixing breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic, sage, parsley and a pinch of good sale.Aprite slices and spread over each slice of ham and a slice of smoked cheese, or other stringy cheese, making sure to place it only on one half of the slices. Ripiegatele on themselves and turn your edges towards the interior so as to form a cord. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Dip the egg and then pass them nell'impanatura dumplings. No need to stop the edges with toothpicks or other because the egg and the breading will be perfectly adhesive. Butter a baking dish, arrange the dumplings on each and spread of butter. Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
